1. Acceptance, Definitions, and Eligibility
Purchase of the $27 Elite Trial Membership constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Fee for this Offer is a one-time payment of $27.00 AUD. This Trial Membership is strictly limited to one purchase per person and is only valid for new customers of The Elite Hub. The membership is open to anyone over the age of 16 years, although Members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the Athletic Consultation.
2. Scope and Duration of the Trial
The $27 Trial Membership is valid for a period of one (1) week and includes four specific, non-transferable components. These components are: one (1) 30-minute 1:1 Athletic Consultation with a Qualified Specialist; one (1) week of unlimited use of the Active Recovery Centre technologies (including Compression Boots, LED Sauna POD, Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, etc.); one (1) 40-minute Advanced Recovery Session using a specified technology (such as Radiofrequency or Endoroller); and one (1) final Performance Review and recommendation session. The 1-week Trial Period officially begins on the day the Member attends their scheduled Athletic Consultation. All components and unlimited access must be fully utilized within this 1-week Trial Period, as any unused sessions or access will expire automatically without refund.
3. Commitment, Contracts, and Payment
The $27 Fee is a one-off payment. Crucially, purchase of the Trial Membership does not enroll the Member into any automatic renewal, recurring payments, or subsequent ongoing membership contract. There are NO contracts associated with this purchase. Discussions regarding long-term membership packages are strictly optional and occur only during the Performance Review & Recommendation Session.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
The Member is required to book the initial Athletic Consultation online immediately after payment. All subsequent recovery centre access and the Advanced Recovery Session must be booked directly with The Elite Hub staff and are subject to availability and opening hours. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior without penalty. Failure to attend a booked consultation or Advanced Recovery Session without 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of that component of the Trial Membership, with no refund or rescheduling option available.
5. Health, Safety, and Medical Disclaimer
The Member acknowledges that they participate in all recovery and assessment activities at their own risk and must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or pre-existing health issues during the Athletic Consultation. The Member agrees to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by The Elite Hub staff regarding the safe use of all equipment. The services provided by The Elite Hub, including the Athletic Consultation, are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Members must consult their own physician before using any advanced recovery technology.
6. Refunds and Termination
The $27 Trial Fee is non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will not be granted due to failure to book or utilize the components within the 1-week Trial Period. The Elite Hub reserves the right to terminate the Trial Membership immediately if the Member breaches any of these T&Cs or behaves in a manner deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
